Exceptional service

On 8 August we arrived at King Shaka Airport. I booked a rental car online, and at the collection point (Dollar Thrifty) they advised that the holding deposit was R6000. I wasn't aware of this, and we did not have enough money to cover the deposit. We then went to different car rental places to find out if anybody could assist, but to no avail. We landed up at Tempest car hire where one of the consultants, Mohammed, referred us to a broker that assisted us with a deposit that we could afford. I struggled to pay the broker with my online banking app, so Mohammed offered to pay the broker from his personal account, with me refunding him. Mohammed was super efficient, kind, calm and gave the best customer experience I've ever received. None of the other car rental companies was willing to assist us. Mohammed is an absolute super star. He truly went above and beyond his duties. He should receive a huge incentive for his selfless, amazing service.
