Excellent Service

Reserved a vehicle with Tempest for holiday in Port Elizabeth. For some reason after notifying the bank the deposit amount on my debit card didn't go through. This beautiful young lady at the reception desk called her manager to confirm if she can do a transaction for the majority of the invoice and allow me to come and pay the rest the following day. He/She agreed. Received my rental and a happy start to my holiday, thank you Tempest PE! Great Service indeed!
