Europcar Digicall Hollard take poor kids' food
0n March 9 SONJA GILDENHUYS left the scene after hitting 2 cars in a Dentist's parking lot. One of them ours. The Dentist had the accident on security video, so we were able to track her down. We called, she acknowledged her responsibility & made a claim to HOLLARD. We sent her contact info and claim number to EUROPCAR. We followed up every 2wks. 4 months & 15 emails later - we are nowhere. The reason: Gildenhuys had our driver's name & contact details correct on her form but identified our car as a black 4x4, it was a Fiat Piccante. Therein **** the problem.
TEMPEST sent us to EUROPCAR. Who sent us to ADRIAN FRANCIS at DIGICALL. He wrote a series of useless wordy emails to us. We got nowhere. We contacted Gildenhuys again, she said: Prove it. But video footage has been deleted. We called HOLLARD twice. Head of claims SAEOMA DUTTOO always at lunch + doesn't return calls because, Lungiswa told us: \we get too many calls". eclaim dept. doesn't respond to emails.
We are a Charity providing meals to impoverished school children. Each meal costs R2.50. We had to pay R3000 excess because no-one was prepared to try harder. Now 1200 meals won't make it to the kids.
GREAT JOB EVERYONE."""
