durban branch manager refuses to give my money

<p>its funny how King Shaka international airport Tempest Car Hire refuse to bring back my deposite or investigate my case further because they claimed i returned their car with cigarrete burns on the seats when i dont even smoke yet i forgot my black jacket at the back seat of their car and when i realised that the next day they i phoned them and after they checked i was told they've rentend the car out it must've went with the people who hired it.... so im asking myself how did they see cigarette burns that im clueless about but didnt see my black jacket at the back seat of the car..... this incident happened in december when i hired a grey polo hatch I WANT MY DEPOSIT I REFUSE TO BE ****** ABOUT SOMETHING I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT </p>
