Double refund that was paid back

I rented a car using Tempest in September. When paying me back my refund they double paid me back, so I immediately contacted them and arranged to pay the money back, which I did. Despite this the continuously keep hounding me first through their Debtors Manager Riola Jood, then through my bank, and now through their collections agency. I PAID YOUR MONEY BACK, leave me alone.
