Don't use tempest car hire, never

Booked the car and collected at CPT Airport around 14 h30 and drove to the hotel, what a terrible vehicle, without alignment, swerving between the lanes, upon arriving to the hotel, I called them to come fetch it, it took 3 hrs waiting for their replacement vehicle, what a day wasted by this pathetic service.
