Don't hire a car from Tempest

I am utterly disappointed with the service I received from Tempest. I returned the vehicle on 07/01/2024, received an invoice the next day showing deductions for E-Toll charges which was absolutely fine however I NEVER RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT OF R7,536 BACK!! After many emails sending them my bank statements they just stopped replying. I asked for a manager or person in charge to contact me, but still NO reply. Never in my life will I hire another car from them. This is theft! Probably hoped I will not notice. I will also post this on all social media platforms so that people in South Africa and abroad will be aware of this *****.
