DONT EVER BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I arrived to collect the booked vehicle at 09:30am on Saturday October 8th , the vehicle was not available, I was told that they did not have a vehicle for me and they would need to source one, I was kept waiting over an hour for a vehicle to be given to me when it was confirmed the previous day by RAV, this created not only huge stress but it totally disappointed the day’s events and put the whole day behind by several hours not to mention we missed certain booked events for the day, this is the worst situation I have ever experienced with a Car Hire and will surely never go through either of these two parties involved ever again! I was embarrassed to say the least! they took so long to respond, the response was pathetic to say the least. UNSATISFIED AND DISGUSTED CUSTOMER
