DO NOT RENT FROM TEMPEST CAR HIRE !!!!

I hired out a vehicle from Tempest and on the day I picked it up I removed the boot cover to make space for my luggage. The boot cover was then stored at my house so that I can return it on the day I give the vehicle back.

Two days later the vehicle was having problems starting and I notified Tempest. It took another two days for them to finally agree to swop it over for another car. I informed them that the boot cover is at my house and they agreed that I can return it on the day my agreement ends with the new vehicle.

On the day I gave the vehicle back i asked for a copy of the rental agreement and written on it that I returned the boot cover.

A few week later I was billed for the boot cover. Renting from Tempest was the worse company I could have chosen. They gave me a broken vehicle. It was extremely difficult to get it swopped over for a new one. And then they billed me and labelled it as damage on the receipt.

I have all the proof and have been in contact with a Mr Kashmeer who is extremely unhelpful and just keeps saying he has reviewed it and thats the end of it. Not even bothered to really look into it.

Trust me, do not rent from them. If I had a proper emergency I would not have received any help from them. Ontop of that they will charge you allot more. In person they are all promises but in reality liers.
