DIshonest with timing and service

<p>We hired a car from Durban airport and as we collected the car that we will use for the next 6 days on holiday , we saw that the front wheel was smooth. The attendant said it was fine. We were excited to start our holiday and stopped in Amanzimtoti for beeakfast.The same wheel was flat and needed to be changed with a minuscule spare.The tire place we went to informed us the tire was ******* and needed replacing. None of this was too much of a problem, but after speaking to the helpline at Tempest, for half an hour, we were assured that someone will come in an hour. we phoned after 1h30 and was told the guy will be here in 2-3 minutes. We were still waiting after 2 hours. Not once did someone let us know that they sent the driver to the wrong place, we had to phone 9 times at our own cost.</p>
