Dishonest company
Stay away from Tempest. They are i credibly dishonest. I dropped the rental car off and got confirmation from the agent thay everything was in perfect order. HOURS later they mail me that they suddenly found a scratch that appeared and want me to fill in an incident report. They supp**** no proof of the scratch and cannot prove that they did not cause it. These people are dishonest and their business practices are bad. Stay away from them, there are much better rental agencies out there that will not try moves like this.

16 Mar 2026, 21:44Further update on the situation - they have finally sent me a photo of the scratch on the vehicle and the damage is very visible. That damage was NOT there when I delivered the vehicle back to them and the agent that checked the car with me would've picked that up. They have damaged their own vehicle and are trying to ****** me for money to fix their own damage. Extremely dishonest and disgusting company.

Another update - They still have not sent me the video proof I've asked for, but instead have decided to just go ahead with *****ing my money and disregarding the fact that I am not the one that caused the damage. 24 Mar 2026, 10:55Due to their unwillingness to communicate with me or give me my deposit back, I will now be disputing the transactions on my card with my bank directly. Be wary people, once they have your deposit they will ignore you to not give it back to you. These people are ****.
