Deposits withheld unnecessarily for long periods of time

I want to know why it takes 2 to 5 days to refund a deposit when the car is in your possession and everything has been checked with no damages etc.the deposit should be released on the same day once the car has been returned and everything is in order. This is unacceptable and further action should be taken against companies like yourselves. I rented a car on Tuesday, 21 August and returned it on the same day. Everything is in order and I used a quarter tank or less of petrol and I should receive 100 km's free per day. I will be checking all these details to make sure there are no unauthorised costs taken from credit card.

I would like my deposit released today or I will take this matter further. Customers should not stand for this nonsense!
