Deposit Return Delays - Upsetting

I want to know why it takes more than 2 days to refund a deposit when the car is in your possession and everything has been checked with no damages etc.the deposit should be released on the same day once the car has been returned and everything is in order. This is unacceptable and further action should be taken against companies like yourselves. I topped up the car at the Engen garage at the airport t full tank and took pictures of the slips and dashboard after i stopped at your drop off point. The car was washed before returning. I realise there will be toll fees, but it doesnt' take all the other companies more than 48 hours to return deposits. Thats why you take a credit card!!!!!! I also noticed as lady tell one of the operator that I took pictures of the car.........Makes me think there is some type of conspiracy around your
