Deposit for car hire

I have never seen such an *********** car hire company ever in my life. To date I haven't received my deposit back. The car was hired 9 Dec 2017 and returned it 18 December 2017, it's almost a month now. The branch is at O.R Tambo international airport and its called Tempest car hire. I'm still busy fighting them with my deposit and I wouldn't recommend people to go there. Rather use neighbouring car hires. To my surprise, when I went there two weeks ago to complain, there was another gentleman complaining also about their poor service.
