A total amount of R3412 was suppossed to be returned to my credit card after the car was returned to Tempest I received an invoice confirming this and yet a total of R1757 was returned into my account,I contact the call centre and I am told the customer service department is not in.I need someone to contact me urgently as this is unacceptable.
