Complaint

I have hired on the 30 August and used an African credit card to pay which after the have swiped it, they tell me they do not work with Agrican bank but money was deducted from my card. I had to make other arrangements of payment, a friend had to come and rescue me and pay for me. I returned the car on the 2nd of September and since then I have been trying to get my money they debited in my African bank card and not winning at all. It's a Tempest I'm Pretoria Hatfield, they are telling me the Head office is responsible for returning this money. Please help guys
