Claims absolutely useless

I had an accident 2 months ago, 7 weeks ago i gave all the details including accident report ect to tempest car hire.

After 7 weeks they still cant tell me if its a successful claim. the other part is insured and they already recorded the claim on their side.

Tempest car hire has absolutely no urgency and to be frank completely useless
