Christopher is Tops

<p>We rented a car from Tempest Lanseria, and had difficulty with getting our deposit back. It appeared that there was an issue between Tempest and our bank. We were requested to submit a bank letter verifying that the account belongs to us to get the deposit.</p> <p> </p> <p>We were assisted by Christopher (never got his surname), who was sooooo efficient. He responded to our queries and made follow ups on our behalf. The way he handled the situation was so PROFESSIONAL. We were kept in the loop until the money was back in our account</p> <p> </p> <p>Other people can learn alot from him in terms of customer service and I hope that Tempest Lanseria realises the GEM they have in their midst.</p> <p> </p> <p>THANX CHRISTOPHER</p>
