Cheated by Tempest to refuel a car that was returned full

On 24 August I rented a Hyundai i10 from OR Tambo airport. The car was refilled ALL THE WAY to the top (not auto stop but almost overfull). I took pictures showing the full tank, km reading, date and time as I have previously been ****med by Tempest so I did this to safeguard me.

Tempest has the cheek to ***** R110 from my account for "refueling". This is **************** as the car was returned full. And on top of that, we put in more fuel than we drove out comparing km driven and average per/km fuel usage of the vehicle.

Refund the R110 immediately tempest!

This has still not been resolved - and even though this was logged telephonically as well three weeks ago - we have confirmation that this dispute has not even been logged. This is ***** and THEFT and action will be taken against your ********* company.
