Charged for something I wasn't told I would be charged for

<p>Rented a car for a few hours from Lanseria.</p> <p> </p> <p>On rental agreement which I signed it stated under refuelling charge R0, however on my invoice there is a charge of R212,85 and re-fuelling service fee of R15??</p> <p><br />My actual fuel used probably cost less than the charge itself! I was also within the 200km free. </p> <p> </p> <p>Emailed Tempest and no response</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise regarding this urgently </p> <p> </p>
