Car Looked and Smelt like someone threw up inside and it was not cleaned

I would like to lay a complaint regarding the vehicle I hired in Friday (10/01/2020).

Vehicle: HYUNDAI I10 GLS F/L 1.1 Reg: HC44FDGP

We flew down to Durban for the day to attend a funeral and collected the car and rushed off to the funeral house. on the way there we noticed that the inside roof was disgustingly dirty. it looked like someone had thrown up and it sprayed all over the roof. it smelt disgusting as well.( I have pictures to prove this)

We unfortunately had no time to drive back to the airport to change the vehicle and had to suffer the whole day in this vehicle.we were forced to go to a supermarket and get perfume to spray the inside of the vehicle.

It was really embarrassing when we had to drive to the church and the grave with our family members inside.

In my history of car hire I have never experienced anything like this, and I must say I am shocked with this and it has tarnished the reputation of Tempest in not only my eyes, my wife eyes, but also the family members that we transported.
