CAR HIRE NIGHTMARE !

<p>My daughter and I arrived at King Shaka Airport at 9.00pm on Friday 19th August,by the time we had cleared our luggage and walked all the way to Tempest Care Hire, it was almost 10pm! we were helped quite enthusiastically, until we were told that a Deposit of R3204.94 was required off my credit card????? The couple next to us also nearly had a heart attack! good and well we got our little Hyundai I110 and left . We drove a total of 72km for the weekend.I stopped at the Sasol Garage at the airport to fill up-R35.00 petrol ! returned the car and flew home to JHB. Monday a rude awakening awaited me!!!! an invoice for R49.60 for Petrol plus a R15.00 for re-fuelling charges! when I called the Branch Manager - she told me that that was normal consumption for this car! my 2.2lt QashQai does not even use that muche petrol! will never use or recommend them again!</p>
