Cape Town international airport - two items lost and never returned to the owner

I rented out the car in East London 27 June, I returned it on the 1st of July on Cape Town, I left my Replay Sneaker, I asked them to check for me on that day, they told me No they never saw it. I mean the left it by mistake under the city and the car was not even out that time. And they were so ********, they did not even care about that.

Another instant again, I rented to them on the 13 September and returned the car on the 16th Sept. I had another emergency, that is why I could not return the car in the 15 as agreed. From the deposit /rent money I put in there, they only returned R1170 , I asked them the invoice how they calculated, they never get back to me. The worse part again, I had a USB which was in between passenger city infront, I left it by mistake again, I’ve been kneeling to them to ask their guys who are washing the car, again I did not win to get it back. The usb had my work information and everything there is very important, I’ve been working on that usb for more than 5years. I mean the guy who picked it up, I can even buy him 2 usb empty once since I’m disparate about that information. Please help me guys with that usb.
