Bunch of imbeciles!!!
I have never been so disappointed in a car rental company as Tempest Car hire. We hired a vehicle from a gent named Keenan at the Cape Town international airport branch on 21st November 2019. He asked us is we wanted to add an additional driver at NO COST. We agreed, only getting an invoice when we returned the vehicle for R361 for the additional driver, not to mention a refueling fee of R58.00 after we returned the vehicle with a full tank of petrol. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD OF THIS *******!!!!. Beleive you me, many people are unhappy with you bunch of imbeciles. NEVER AGAIN!
