Bad service from Tempest Car Hire
I have been trying to get an invoice from Tempest Car Hire for my car hire for 2 weeks without success. I have sent 12 emails and also phoned and spoke with Miriam who faithfully promised she would email to me. In comparison Europecar sent me my invoice within 12 hours of requesting!!! Come now Tempest, there is no room for such sloppy service. Suffice to say, that will be my last car hire with Tempest!!
