Bad service

<p>I have rented a car from tempest car hire at Hatfield in Pretoria on the 15 August 2016 and gave it back on the 17 August 2016 and they've promised to give back my deposit within 3 working days until today I haven't received it. When calling to enquirer they kept on saying tomorrow now they have changed they say seven working days. </p>
