Bad after service feedback

Be careful when renting cars form Tempest. We scratched a H1 car at their premises at George airport,because there was a dustbin obstructing the parking lot,which the agent witnessed. It was a scratch that could be buffed off literally as we did not hot hard as we were parking. Well nether less to say only today after returning car on the 5 March 2018 have I received a proper breakdown of all the amounts they deducted off us. We filled up our car before we dropped it off full, like we always do when.renting a car. Well they deducted fuel charges too, our 3 day car hire was suppose to cost us R3777 and now has costed us over R7000. They even deducted a claim admin fee, plus assesser fee plus then the damage amount for a slight scratch. I queried the admin fee and of course they sent me the clause. What annoys me the most is there parking lot at George airport should be clear and not have dustbin in the middle of nowhere where one is parking the vehicle. And then to top it off get ripped of for a minor scratch and receive no feedback about your deposit. I will never use them again nor recommend them. They seem cheap, but be careful they will find ways to take as much money from you, with all there clauses.
