Arrogant staff
On 9 March I made use of tempest. On returning the car on 10 March, Frans, the person at receiving refused to check the car in my presence and made a derogatory remark about the car being dirty. It would be dirty, having been in a rainstorm. And besides there is no mention made in the contract that the car must be returned washed.
