Appalling total lack of service!

<p>I'm writing this for my uncle from Wales who hired a vehicle from Tempest. No cars in his category available, even though he'd booked one. Was eventually given an upgrade but it was more like a donwgrade - uncomfortabel, dangerous car, tires were flat. No service at all when he tried to change the vehicle. The manager of Customer Services appears not to follow up on phone calls. The list is endless! My uncle says the service in Nairobi is better than South Africa. Shame on you Tempest Car Hire!!</p>
