Appaling Service

in August i got a Tempest car via my insurance and had a puncture with it. i was then invoiced for the tyre which the invoice stated it was due 31 October 2017. a week after the invoice was sent (12 Sep2017) i got a call from Bongiwe Mdakane (utterly rude person. she is so raw its amazing how she got to deal with clients) and i told her i will pay the money by the due date. later that day she sends me an e-mail to which i rep**** they need to stop pestering me as i am still well within the payment period. two days ago 10Oct2017 i get an SMS from then saying i need to call them regarding my account. i called this morning and it was still regarding this. when i asked the lady what date is on the invoice she confirmed the 31st of oct. i told her to put a note to never contact me again is this is annoying and i dont appreciate it but guess what. i got another SMS a few minutes later. they dont even call clients that time they save moeny at our expense. if tempest is this desperate for money why put later dates on invoices? i tried to get cage hire to deal with them but im GATVOL of waiting and being hounded like a ******** in the meantime. at this rate i actually have a good mind of not paying then they will have a good reason to irritate me. Not even green flies are this irritating. with this said, their branch still owes me money for a week and a half which is by the way DUE to me yet they cant refund. Maybe they need to start employing people who can read and understand invoices in order to do their job properly and give service which is what they SHOULD be about instead of ****ing clients off.
