AMAZING FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!

After a horrific rental experience from another car rental company, I went back to my original regular supplier and hired a car from Europcar/Tempest in Randburg. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Perfect car (New Yaris) Thandi (I have dealt with her from Europcar in Sandton) gave BRILLIANT service!!!She even remembered me from when I used to use Sandton Europcar. Car had a chip in the windscreen when I returned it but I had taken the Waiver and so paid NOTHING and they were so sympathetic!!! Got my deposit back in 3 working days. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF EVER RENTING A CAR - USE THESE GUYS!!! Great team, great company - I will NEVER use anyone else again - learnt my lesson the hard way!!!
