Additional refuelling charges, after vehicle was refuelled before returned

I refuelled before returning the vehicle, yet Tempest still charges me R73 for additional fuel and another R20 for fuel surcharge. So somehow, I am being ******** out of an additional R93. The refuelling station (BP) is less than 500m from the rental agency at CT International Airport.
