Absurd code 10 surge charge by Europcar/Tempest.

Being a Discovery Vitality member we are forced to use Europcar/Tempest as mode of vehicle hire. This company is charging us so called code 10 surge of which is absurd and unconstitutional as code 10 is a legal drivers document in South Africa. The surge is to segregate and punish people who have no option of using other car hire as members of vitality. The surge does not make sense as to why is there, for instance you drive well with their vehicle is not refundable but a code 8 person can be involved in damage of a car but is not liable for that atrocious clause by this entity. Point of code 10 drivers damaging cars is more of a collateral damage and punishment on vitality customers that got no option.
