I just wanted to bring the below to your attention.<br> <br> I called in on Tuesday to confirm if all is well with my car hire booking for Friday 27th November. I spoke a very friendly and professional lady by the name of Gift. <br> She was so SWEET as well as KIND enough to go through my booking with me to reconfirm all the information regarding my rental which I made through your call centre.<br> <br> I informed her that I needed collect the vehicle by 08h00 am on Friday, So Gift being a being an angel, gave me the GIFT ? of availing herself a little extra early in order to assist me. She went the EXTRA MILE and advised that I can come in at 07h30 and she will ensure that she comes into work EARLY to assist in speeding up the rental process so I can leave on time. Words are not adequate to express my gratitude towards her. <br> I was left speechless by this astounding service and beyond the call of duty commitment. <br> <br> She's truly proven that exceptional customer service still exists in some business and Tempest is definitely lucky to have a gem like herself as part of the team. <br> If we had such people in every business and life a whole, this world would be a better place for us all.<br> <br> Regards<br> Neo Madibane
