I will never use tempest Car Hire anymore, this is the 3rd time if I return the car they point out scratches that were there when I picked up the car, this time around I took pictures of all the scratches on the car before leaving Capetown airport, when I returned the car a lady by the name Neliswa Dlumane sent an email pointing out scratches/ dents that they say occurred while I had the car. I responded to her email with my proof that the car had scratches before I took it, sad part after doing their investigation there was no apologies what so ever, their so unprofessional.
