Tembo Furniture. EXTREMELY BAD FURNITURE AND SERVICE!
On Wednesday 15 October 2025, I found this company on Facebook Market Place selling furniture. I ordered a Console unit from them and requested a specific color that they said they can match. The unit was delivered at my home the same day and paid cash on delivery. That evening when we got home and opened the plastic, we were shocked at what we saw. It looks like a grade 1 put this thing together. There is mold on the wood, the *****s are sticking out, the wood is cracked at some places and the stail on the unit was even worse. I send a message to them that same evening and told them I am not excepting this unit and they need to replace it. They rep**** and said they will replace the unit by Friday. Later that evening we decided to go for a different option and I informed them that I want a refund. I even spoke to another person by the name of Tembo. He said he will speak to Hakeem and get back to me. He rep**** by saying they will pick the unit up by Monday or Tuesday. Now they refuse to answer my calls or my messages. I have been trying to get hold of them since Monday and no reply. The numbers they use +***4 and +***8. Their vehicle is a White Ford Ranger with Regulations number CK 85 WJ GP. Be careful for these people as they will deliver badly made furniture and do not respond.
