Taking money from customers and not delivering is equal to *****

They deserve no star. I paid for business cards and embroidery on the 27th of October 2023.It is now the 13th of February 2024 and they still did not deliver or refund me.I went 4 times for collection but they kept on saying they will come and deliver them before 16H00 every time but they never do.Last month I discovered that they did not even print them, I asked for a refund instead but they still haven't processed it and they are not responding to the whatsapp message I sent them reminding them about a payment. Their customer service is very poor,stay away. Their work is also not of a high quality, its not the first time I used their services but we support because they are our fellow kasi businesses , but when they do not value their customers then I don't know.
