Suplier not willing to refund me!

It was on the 03-02-2015 before my brothers funeral on 07-02-2015.I ordered t.shirts from Tembisa prints.The t.shirts were suppose to show my brother's face with a message \'Gone but not Forgotten"as I ordered the t.shirts I told them will need to wear them at the funeral we agreed as I managed to pay up an deposit and the rest of the money was paid the following day.day before the funeral I went back to confirm weather everything was okay so the guy who happened to make my t.shirts said everything is under-control"
