Poor service all the time

3 hours of waiting for a file with no communication what so ever

I seem to not find joy in going to this hospital The staff dont care they are too playful forgetting that they are dealing with sick people

I'm currently 8 months pregnant and my mother is a pensioner There is no sense of urgency here

I went to the desk complaining that we've been here since 3 hours ago without service They just gave us a file and no communication as to what is the next step

I hate complaining but this is not nice This hospital doesn't have 1. Packing 2. No s****ed staff 3. No sense of urgency for patients 4. No system in place

If it's not lost goods here it's no service if it's not that it's Useless staff What's going on with the health system of this hospital as it seems that everyone here is inconsiderate
