my mom is being abused in Tembisa hospital ward 12 bed 12

I have a problem with a service I have received in Tembisa hospital,my mom is being abused by one of the staff member by the name of Julia. That woman is evil i m sorry to say that,that place dont heal people but they make them worse ,they do not care of their patient. that woman is shouting my MOM LIKE A KID,I MEAN SHE IS SICK WHAT DOES SHE EXPECT HER TO DO?DOES SHE THINK SHE ENJOYS N BEING LIKE THAT OR NOT BEING ABLE TO WAKE UP AND GO TO THE TOILET?SHE DIDNT CHOOSE TO BE LIKE THAT. I am asking for help if the management of the hospital can see this and do something about it. I am sure she is not doing this to my mom only but to other patients as well.
