medication delay and pharmacist trashy attitude

medication i have been waiting for medication since 10 am its now about 12 pm when I go to ask they tell me rhat its still on the queue ever since... people are coming in and leaving while im still seated waiting for medication that is forever on a queue... the lady took my medication and called me in a rude manner then sge took back the meds just to spite me. that lady is trashhh she doesnt belong to such occupations.... i just wish i knew her name to mention her name in bold she deserves to be called to order..
