On the 31 first may I went to the hospital around 5am....que for file then by 07:07 I was sent to Family medicine where I was told I can not be assisted because I don't have doctors referral or doctors not from clinic.....themba hospital staff in the Family medicine they are very rude toward patients.....to the minister of health please address this matter also to the metrone of the hospital If we are treated like this while we are sick and we didn't choose to be Ill....where should we run to as the nurses are not willing to help people who are sick and need medical attention from them as they are suppose to assist patients and make them feel welcome and in worm hands
