infant cant breathe and is pale

Been here with a baby thats a premature only has 4days after been born struggles to breathe nurses here hide their name tags and treat us like ****. I mean baby cant breathe but no one attends us or even checks the baby its been hours been here its not that packed. What will happen if this baby dies amongs all this people. How do we send pictures as proof of what is happening
