File missing Nkurhula Chauke

Hi, My girlfriend visited tembisa Hospital to see gynecologist. she was having a terrible pain and was told to come back on Sunday to see a Doctor. I drove her to Hospital. we turned since doctors are not available. she was told to come back today. she wake up at 5am to see the gynae...she was on line till 1 pm was told the file is missing and there is nothing the cay do. they only open a new but she wont see gynae since there is no history on the file. my question is how are they going to assist there is no seems to how to help her? she was advised she mus have paing again in order for to be seen by doctor? how is that possible in earth? Your stuff do ny IQ at all or u have lingual people there.
