Bad services at paediatric department

This is second bad service i have received from tembisa hosptital at paediatric opd. When you complain about the bad service and the ill treatment from nurses. The matron covers for them. It takes over 2 hours to obtain a file and today they **** saying they have an IT problem. Please assist bevause when we raise our concerns we are labelled horrible names
