Bad service

I went to hospital view yesterday and night around 3am, but the doctors in duty were asleep in their rooms. and they was no assistance until 5:20 am. and when they tried to assist we were told there is nothing they can do other than to give us pain ****ers and wait for 20 september to go for procedure.
