Worst service

I got my temp driving license on the 6 August and was told to return after six weeks to get the card, since then I've been here 2 times past even 2months to bel told they still don't have it. Today I went again this is even 3 months later to be told at the gate that they are closed, I arrived at 11:13 am despite the web saying they close @ 12:00. The other security said they are offline with the Other 4 ladies that work there saying "it's not about offline we are closed" the other two were even drinking savanna there @ 11:13 imagine telling me they closed. The manager just stood there said nothing just picked the other savanna lady and left.... Awful service Ever...........
