Shocking non Service at DLTC Tembisa

Absolutely Worst experience worst service. I applief ontine forca learners booking for 8am on the 25th of August 2023. As per natis doc you have to be there one hour before. Security wont let you in the parking lot until 8. Had to walk in at 7:45. Get to enquiries fill in a form then go to a cashier. This is where it all went wrong. Their system was "slow" then it was 8:09... no payment done but should have started to do learners. Then some very chicky lady came and saud sorry you missed your booking. You have to go online to make a new booking. Then come back and pay. Then come back on the day you should write. This is not as per the natis booking instructions. You guys are not serious. There are people that would love your job that you are not doing. The casier was also extremely rude. Thet couldn do my paument due to the system but she chased me away from the window and said she needs to help other people. Wow absolutely shocking.
