My sister was ****** out of computer lessons

My sister (Zandile Nkuna)enrolled at this school for basic computer training.but there were no classes everytime she went there there was no one to teach ,she ended up leaving the school ans requested her R3000 tuition back in 2014 up to this day she still has not had her refund.....the owner mr Tembe swears at her and said she should stop calling or else....we called him yesterday on loud speaker he swore and threatened my sister please help...his contacts *** ....***
