Effective, efficient and friendly service by Temba Pumps in Pretoria

On 22-10-2018 at about 13:00 after identifying a defect, I requested that Temba Pumps urgently restore the operation of my borehole pump as we are dependent on it for our source of water. Fred Labuschagne of Temba Pumps explained that his installation and repair contractors were fully booked but that he was able to assist the next day. When I explained that I had removed the pump assembly from the borehole, he was willing to have his driver fetch the item to his premises for assessment. Samuel the driver arrived shortly, identified the problem and informed Fred who arranged that the item be brought in for repair. Samuel left my property at about 15:00 and returned within an hour with a colleague who fitted and installed the repaired pump assembly. I noted their thoroughness and how they cross-checked each other’s work. They were also informative and friendly. I generally find that attitude when people are competent.
